Mayer Hawthorne’s “Just Ain’t Gonna Work Out” 7-inch single on Stones Throw Records might be the coolest looking piece of vinyl ever. 

And the song itself is a falsetto snapbeat frenzy of vintage soul and hip-hop – Smokey Robinson meets J-Dilla, as they put it. The song came out over a year ago, but I wanted to share it with you anyways:
