I’m a wedding DJ in Syracuse and Upstate New York.
I have more than 20 years of experience playing events, and my favorite kind of music is fun. I’ll mix in multiple genres (including Top 40 pop, hip-hop, EDM, funk, rock, country, ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, 2000s and more) for all audiences and age groups, keeping everyone dancing. It’s your party, and I want to make sure your friends, family and guests have a great time because it’s your event.
At weddings, I provide all equipment, announcements and a wide range of music to make the perfect soundtrack for your special day. I’m also available for corporate events, private parties, school dances, proms, sports events, clubs, bars and more.
I previously worked in radio for 10 years, including six years as “DeafGeoff,” the morning show producer for Hot 107.9 (WWHT-FM) in Syracuse, N.Y. As the nickname DeafGeoff suggests, I am mostly deaf. With hearing aids, speech therapy, lipreading, and listening skills, I communicate verbally so well that people often forget I’m hard-of-hearing — and my disability/different ability has never limited my ability to mix music, create playlists, and select the best songs for any occasion. I know how to turn it up and make your event truly memorable.
